Meeting and pickup
The maximum waiting time at the airport is 60 minutes from when the plane lands. If you have any problems with collecting your luggage, please contact us to confirm the availability of extra waiting time for your driver (there will be additional charges)
Travelers will be able to choose the desired address within the Madrid city area.
What to expect
Private transfer between Madrid airport and the city of Madrid. It will be a standard car if you book for 1 or 2 passengers and a minvan from 3 passengers.
Upon arrival we will pick you up at the airport, at the terminal where your flight arrives and we will transfer you to the address provided (hotel, AIRBNB or home address).
The meet & greet time at the airport is 60 minutes from when your flight lands. Our driver will contact you when he sees that your flight has landed.
In the departure transfer, we will pick you up on the day and time reserved at your hotel or indicated address and we will take you to the airport (10 minutes courtesy)
