 In the enchanting setting of a Kasbah surrounded by greenery and a vegetable garden, Une Dada, the nanny who traditionally takes care of children and cooking in large families, shares the secrets of her recipes with the future cordon bleu . The workshops, adapted to the length of the participants' stay, are organized in small groups around easy-to-use equipment that can be found in the simplest kitchens.
