What to expect
You will be picked up by the driver and guide at 8:30 AM and driven to the High Atlas Mountains, where you will meet Berber inhabitants and learn about their lifestyle.
If you're looking for a unique way to enjoy the mint tea at a Berber tent, this will be your first stop on a camel ride where you will enjoy a half hour of riding and photographing the camels.
Keep driving toward the Tahanoute and visit a Berber market on Tuesday or Saturday. During the Argan cooperative visit, learn about Argan oil and other cosmetic products.
You will arrive in Imlil or at the trailhead, where you will begin a hike that will last 1.5-2 hours, passing through mountains and Berber villages.
At Aroumd village in Toubkal's national park, visit the falls and enjoy a glass of orange juice before moving uphill to reach 1950 meters in altitude.
At lunchtime, the guide will take you to a local Berber family's home, where you'll enjoy a delicious meal on the rooftop with an amazing view of the lush valley. After lunch, you'll head back to Marrakech at the late of afternoon.
