Enjoy your private trip from Rome with your English speaking driver to Bomarzo. There are many elements that contribute to consider the Park of the Monsters of Bomarzo as an eminent example of an initiatory itinerary and not as a simple expression, although bizarre and unusual, of the Italian mannerist taste. Villa Lante in Bagnaia together with the Bomarzo Monster Park, represents one of the most admirable examples of an Italian mannerist style garden from the 16th century. Finally, Palazzo Farnese, in Caprarola, is one of the most beautiful Renaissance palaces in Europe. The vision of its high gardens is unique and wonderful, precisely because the Italian gardens, decorated with fountains, labyrinth hedges and caryatids (some of which sculpted by Pietro Bernini) are designed to be admired from above. A stop for lunch is included during the day ( fees at your own expense )

2Villa Lante
Villa Lante was voted as owning the most beautiful park in Italy in 2011. The foundation of the villa dates back to 1511 and was commissioned by Cardinal Gianfrancesco Gambara al Vignola. Only in 1566 was the Villa completed. The current name was attributed to it in the seventeenth century when it passed into the hands of Ippolito Lante Montefeltro della Rovere, the Duke of Bomarzo.

3Palazzo Farnese
You will have the opportunity to visit the wonderful park that reveals fountains with the most particular shapes, water jokes and sculptures that end with the "Casina del pleasure" (which we will see only from outside). You will admire all the terraces of the high gardens, with the baroque and "theater" fountains that close the park, the Fountain of the Rivers, the Chain of Dolphins, the water games of the arcades, the Giglio fountain. Finally, you will go down to the Hanging Gardens, where you will admire the beautiful Satyrs cave in the Winter Garden.
