We rode bike up Ninenzaka and Sannenzaka. When there were people around, We got off and pushed my bike for safety. There are a lot of people during the day, but at night it's very mysterious. This area is far from the station and taxis cannot get there, so unless you're staying nearby the only way to get there is by bicycle.
