In the Medieval Quarter, you will admire stone towers, including the Torre della Pagliazza, a former women’s prison built on the ruins of a Roman Bath building.

You will visit the courtyard of Palazzo Vecchio on the ground floor, with Renaissance frescoes painted for the Medici family, who lived inside the palace.
You will admire the majestic Renaissance statues that still decorate the square and the Loggia dei Lanzi, as well as the elegant façade of Palazzo Vecchio.
