Your safety and the wellbeing of the whale sharks are our priority, and swimming will only occur under favorable conditions. If conditions allow only viewing from the boat, rest assured that the sight is still spectacular and memorable.
Should we be unable to locate the whale sharks, you have the flexibility to reschedule your tour or receive a certificate for a future tour. We are committed to accommodating your needs and will assess the situation to provide the best possible solution.

Meeting and pickup
Hotel - Airbnb - private condos and houses pick up are offered in this private tour. Once we receive your booking, we will organize with you the pickup time & location. This is a private tour, and you can customize the itinerary to your interest. We recommend an early start for the best whale shark sightings.
What to expect
Cruise with light refreshments to the whale sharks' habitat and dive in for a guided swim, weather and sea conditions permitting. Then snorkel near Isla Mujeres’ coral reefs and enjoy lunch on the stunning Playa Norte beach.
