Pashupatinath Temple and Bouddhanath with Bhaktapur city begin departing from the hotel with a nice drive to reach the eastern side of Kathmandu city at Pashupatinath Temple, a famous and holy site for all Hindu where once a year great festival held in the month of February, as per Hindu Lunar calendar. Observe the religious activities and views of the golden pagoda temple of Pashupatinath from the other side of the Bagmati River.
A short drive takes you to the beautiful large dome stupa at Bouddhanath. This area also known as little Tibet, here observe interesting Buddhism religion and culture similar to Tibetan, an exciting place to witness pilgrims prayer and chanting in the backdrop of the huge Stupa of Bouddhanath.
Bhaktapur places of great interest: Bhaktapur is steeped with old monuments listed in Heritage Sites presenting the city’s rich culture of masterpiece art and architectural design, also a central setting of the city for architectural monuments and arts. Bhaktapur Durbar Square: Visit its famous golden gate in the main courtyard of the Palace lined with 55 beautiful carved windows; the golden gate is regarded as the world’s most beautiful and richly carved of its kind. Highlights of Bhaktapur and landmarks of the city are its old towering Nyatapol Temple means a five-storied temple that stands high 30 meters, the tallest temple within Kathmandu valley, built by King Bhupatindra Malla in 1,708 AD.
