What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Pickup is available from hotels, vacation rentals, Airbnbs, private residences, and Marina Pez Vela within our designated Quepos and Manuel Antonio pickup area.
Your driver will meet you at the main entrance, lobby, or agreed pickup point at the confirmed pickup time. Please provide the complete name and address of your accommodation or pickup location when booking.
Before pickup, you will receive a confirmation message with your assigned driver's name and pickup details. We recommend keeping your phone connected before departure. Our Ticoway support team is available by WhatsApp, phone, or email and coordinates directly with your driver.
Pickup locations must be accessible by a standard passenger van. Locations requiring 4x4 or off-road access are not included. If you have difficulty locating your driver, please contact us and we will assist you with the meeting immediately.
What to expect

Travel privately in an air-conditioned passenger vehicle with complimentary bottled water. Your driver will provide direct transportation toward SJO Airport and selected accommodations in the airport area.
Drop-Off:
Your driver will drop you off at Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) or your confirmed accommodation within our designated SJO airport-area drop-off locations. Travel time is approximately 3 hours, depending on traffic, road conditions, and your pickup and drop-off locations.
