What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Pickup is available from hotels, vacation rentals, Airbnbs, and private residences within our designated La Fortuna, Arenal, Chachagua, and La Tigra pickup areas.
Your driver will meet you at the main entrance, lobby, or agreed pickup point at the confirmed pickup time. Please provide the complete name and address of your accommodation or pickup location when booking.
Before pickup, you will receive a confirmation message with your assigned driver's name and pickup details. We recommend keeping your phone connected before departure. We provide personal, bilingual support by WhatsApp, phone, and email and coordinate directly with your driver.
Pickup locations must be accessible by a standard passenger van. Locations requiring 4x4, off-road access, or roads that are not safely accessible by a standard passenger vehicle are not included. If you have difficulty locating your driver, please contact us and we will assist you with the meeting immediately.
What to expect
Book your private transfer from La Fortuna or the Arenal area to San Jose SJO Airport by selecting your pickup location and providing your travel and departure flight details. You'll receive confirmation with the information needed for your transfer.

Pickup in La Fortuna or Arenal:
Your driver will meet you at your confirmed hotel, vacation rental, Airbnb, private residence, or agreed pickup point within our designated pickup areas. Pickup locations must be accessible by a standard passenger van.
Private Transportation:
Travel privately in an air-conditioned passenger vehicle with complimentary bottled water. Your driver will assist with your luggage and provide direct transportation to San Jose SJO Airport or your confirmed airport-area accommodation.
Complimentary Comfort Stop:
When needed, we can include a brief complimentary comfort stop along the route for restroom use, coffee, or a quick snack. The stop is subject to timing, route, traffic, and operational conditions. Food and beverages are not included.
Drop-Off at SJO Airport:
Your driver will take you directly to Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) or your confirmed accommodation within our designated SJO Airport drop-off area. Travel time is approximately 3 hours, depending on traffic and road conditions.
