Blue Mosque was built in 17th century by Sultan Ahmet 1. Its name is drived from the 20k blue coloured imperial tiles that decorates inside. It is the first mosque built with 6 minarets.
Hagia Sophia was the greatest cathedral of the world back in the medival age. It was built between the years of 532-537AD. It was converted in to a mosque after the fall of Constantinople. In 1934, it became a museum and in 2020 it was reconverted back to a mosque. It is such a building where you can see islamic and christian icons side by side.
Topkapi Palace was the main head quarter of Ottoman Empire for almost 400 years. It has a great collection of imperial artifacts. Treasury collection is accepted as one of the biggest collection of the world.
Grand Bazaar is the oldest and biggest shopping mall in the world. We will tour in the bazaar and you will have an educational Turkish carpet presentation. You can shop for carpets, scarfs, spices, colored lambs, hand bags and more
We will have a lunch break at the famous Pudding Shop. It is one of the oldest restaurant in the neighbourhood othat serves traditional home cookings and Doner Kebab.
