You will have the opportunity to sail on the Atlantic and the Douro River aboard my wonderful sailboat "Diva", a Beneteau First 35s5 designed by Jean Berret and the famous Philippe Stark. You will discover a unique and different tourist experience. If desired, you can also experience being part of the crew helping to tune the sails and take care of the helm.

We start at the Marina Porto Atlântico (marina of Leça) in Leça da Palmeira and we go to the sea, off the beach of Matosinhos, near the coast of Porto until the mouth of the river Douro. Then we continue up Douro to Ribeira where we can admire the fantastic view over Porto and Gaia.

This travel plan can be changed according to the weather conditions.

Come prepared with a wind and shoes with rubber sole. That's all you need!

What to expect

This experience begins and ends at Marina Porto Atlantico in Leça da Palmeira. We will sail from the Marina to the Atlantic, along the coast of Matosinhos and Porto. We will enter at the mouth of the Douro River and continue to the second bridge, D. Luís, in Ribeira, where you will have the opportunity to admire the magnificent views of Porto and Gaia. We will then make the inverse route back to Leça marina.
