Let’s start with a guided tour with an audio guide of the salt pans of Trapani and Paceco.
Admire the windmills, stop to spot the pink flamingos using the binoculars we provide on board, and touch the salt with your own hands.
Enjoy a guided tour of the Salt Museum with a local guide, then follow the Salinaro trail, admiring the splendid salt pans and the lights reflecting on the salt water.
After visiting the salt pans, we’ll head to a traditional dairy for a tasting session.
Join us for a traditional tasting of Sicilian cheeses at a local dairy.
On arrival, you will be welcomed by the dairy owners, who will show you in and begin a tour of the dairy to show you how the cheeses are made.
