Meeting and pickup
* 6 hours prior to ride we provide the driver's contact information to our customers.
* 2 hours before the ride we will send the specific meeting location to our customers.
* Any changes or updates can be done at least 24 hours before the ride to the same drop-off areas we go for other sites is not guaranteed and you need to call directly to quote a new ride.
* Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
*Please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on the number of passengers.
* Infant seats are available subject to availability not guarantee (ask for them at special request)
What to expect
1. Select the transportation service you require (choose the vehicle that better fits your needs the number of passengers and luggage. Provide the following information: Full name, flight number, pick-up date and time, and phone number.
2. Save your voucher. Print it or save it on your phone.
3. 48 hours prior to your ride, you will receive your driver's contact info.
4. 24 hours before, we will provide you with the meeting point info to meet with your driver.
5. Meet your driver at the pick-up location.
6. Present your voucher and identify yourself with the driver.
7. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
8. Please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on the number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
