Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
What to expect
1. Select the transportation service you require (choose the vehicle that better fits your needs the number of passengers and luggage. Please consider the Model and type of vehicle that will be assigned upon availability and the number of passengers.
2. Provide the following information: Full name, flight number, pick-up date and time, and phone number.
3. Save your voucher. Print it or save it on your phone.
4. 48 hours prior to your ride, you will receive your driver's contact info.
5. 24 hours before, we will provide you with the meeting point info to meet with your driver.
6. Meet your driver at the pick-up location.
7. Present your voucher and identify yourself with the driver.
