Please provide your flight number, drop-off address and any departure instructions either in leaving notes via email. Please note that service cannot be rendered without a valid drop-off address. Additionally, no refunds will be issued for last-minute bookings.

After collecting your luggage upon arrival at Bangkok BKK Airport, the service staff will be waiting for you inside Gates 3 - 4. Please look for the sign with your name on it. After that, the service staff will arrange for a vehicle to drive out from the parking lot and pick you up at the gate.
