Meeting and pickup
Please provide your flight number, drop-off address and any departure instructions either in leaving notes via email. Please note that service cannot be rendered without a valid drop-off address. Additionally, no refunds will be issued for last-minute bookings.
• Your Time is Secure: We start your 60 mins free waiting time as per your selected time slot.
• Choose Your Direction: Select a pickup from JFK|LGA|EWR to Manhattan, or Manhattan to JFK|LGA|EWR.
• Transparent Coverage: Service to Manhattan Downtown and Midtown is included. For other zones outside the city center, a small extra fee applies.
What to expect
2. Provide the following information: Full name, flight number, pick-up date and time, and phone number.
3. Save your voucher. Print it or save it on your phone.
4. 48 hours prior to your ride, you will receive your driver's contact info.
5. 24 hours before, we will provide you with the meeting point info to meet with your driver.
6. Meet your driver at the pick-up location.
7. Present your voucher and I.D. to the driver so properly driver can validate your voucher/ticket.
8. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
9. Please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on the number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate.
