Here you will experience a true taste of Georgian daily life and hospitality. You will have the opportunity to watch the fascinating process of baking shoti – traditional Georgian bread cooked in a clay oven called tone. The aroma of freshly baked bread fills the air as local bakers prepare it right in front of you, using methods that have been passed down for generations. Afterwards, you can enjoy this hot, crispy bread together with local Kakhetian cheese, a simple yet unforgettable combination loved by locals. This stop is a perfect introduction to Georgian culture, traditions, and cuisine before we continue our journey into the famous wine region of Kakheti.

  Bodbe Monastery of St. Nino

  Bodbe Monastery – Spiritual Heart of Kakheti Our journey continues to the peaceful and historic Bodbe Monastery, one of the most important religious sites in Georgia. Nestled on a hillside overlooking the beautiful Alazani Valley, the monastery offers breathtaking panoramic views and a serene atmosphere. This sacred place is associated with Saint Nino, who brought Christianity to Georgia in the 4th century.
