Delhi to Agra by Train and 4-Hrs drive to Jaipur

5am Pickup from your hotel in Delhi, Gurgaon, or Noida, and transfer to New Delhi Railway Station where you board your deluxe train to city of the Taj Mahal, Agra. Your super-fast train Shatabdi Exp departs at 6am from New Delhi Railway Station. Breakfast will be served on board, while you enjoy the countryside during the 2-hour trip.

Taj Mahal
8am Arrive in Agra Railway Station you will be met by your representative/driver at the main exit gate. Visit the wonderful Taj Mahal, a Unesco World Heritage Site, and the world's best-known tomb, standing testimony to the timeless love story of the 17th century Mughal Emperor, Shah Jahan and his queen Mumtaz Mahal. (Taj Mahal remains closed on Fridays).

Next we visit Agra Fort, another UNESCO World Heritage Site, built by Emperor Akbar in 1565 A.D. and made of red sandstone. The maze of the courtyards, mosques, and private chambers of the fort echo the story of the Mughal Empire.

Jaipur City Tour and Delhi by Train

Amber Palace
Meet your guide at your Jaipur hotel in Jaipur at approximately 8am. Begin the tour by visiting the Amber Fort. The Amber Fort is situated on a ridge just outside Jaipur City and is beautifully reflected in the lake below. Inside the fort, you will encounter the world-renowned Jai Mandir temple with its dazzling Sheesh Mahal hall of mirrors. The walls and the ceiling of the Mahal are covered with a beautiful array of mirrors, which reflect any streak of light, illuminating the entire room.

Jal Mahal
After Amber fort you will make a photo tour stop of Jal Mahal the rajput style "Water Palace" which sits in the center of the Man Sarobar lake. The lake is often dry in the summer but winter monsoons frequently turn it into a beautiful lake filled with water hyacinths.

Hawa Mahal - Palace of Wind
Enjoy a second photo tour stop of Hawa Mahal or Palace of the Winds built in 1799 A.D. This five-storied building along the main street of the old city is a pink sandstone masterpiece with semi-octagonal and delicately honeycombed windows.

City Palace of Jaipur
You will visit the City Palace and Ovservetory which is located in the heart of the old city. Once the royal residence of the King of Jaipur, the palace was built using a blend of Rajasthani and Mughal styles. It features carved arches, intricately crafted columns and two carved marble elephants that guard the entrance.

Jaipur Junction
After a memorable day, you will transfer to Jaipur Railway Station. The train will depart at 5:50pm and you will enjoy dinner on board.

Your train arrives at 10:40pm New Delhi Railway Station where you will be met by your representative who will assist you in boarding your vehicle. You will be transferred to your hotel in Delhi.
