See the bank on the corner from the song, a key landmark that helped inspire the lyrics of Penny Lane. Pass the barbers shop made famous in the song, still a recognisable part of the Penny Lane story today. Stop for photos with the John Lennon statue, a tribute to one of Liverpool’s most famous sons. St Barnabas Church, featured in the Carpool Karaoke with Paul McCartney and an important part of the local community.
Take photos outside Ringo Starr childhood homes and the superb Ringo mural. This is also the location of Powis Street used in Peaky Blinders
Take Photos at the Eleanor Rigby Grave and see the church hall where John and Paul met for the first time in 1957
Visit the new visitor centre and walk around the gardens and your guide will take photos for you and your family on the bandstand with the mosaic Imagine tiled floor. Use the restrooms and cafe and finally take selfies at the famous Strawberry Field gates. There is also a souvenir shop here.
