Meeting and pickup
If your hotel is a riad located in the Medina (old city) and is not accessible by car, our driver will coordinate with the riad reception to have someone meet you at the nearest drop-off point. If the reception is not available, the driver will arrange for local porters with trolleys or metal carts (“chariots”) to carry your luggage and will help agree on a price in advance, which should not exceed $5.
We'll meet at Jamaa el Fna, right by the " station shell". To ensure a smooth start, please reach out to our team ahead of time for assistance in finding your driver.
