The driver will be waiting for you in the lobby, arriving between 45 and 5 minutes before your pick-up time. *From Port (Cruisers): After you pass through the disembarkation area, look for our team right next to the dockside. They'll be holding a sign with “Your Name” and company name "Premium Transfers and Tours." No need to walk all the way to the port entrance. We are right there waiting for you!
