The driver will be waiting for you in the lobby, arriving 15 minutes before your pick-up time. *From Port (Cruisers): After you pass through the disembarkation area, look for our team right next to the dockside. They'll be holding a sign with “Your Name” and company name "Premium Transfers and Tours." No need to walk all the way to the port entrance. We are right there waiting for you! Having trouble meeting us at the port? Our team will be wearing black vests, waiting at the dockside. Feel free to approach them for help!
