This morning, we’ll visit the stunning Bonneville Salt Flats, often referred to as the American version of the "Mirror of the Sky" and a popular spot across social media. Formed from the remnants of ancient Lake Bonneville, this vast white landscape is the largest salt flat west of the Great Salt Lake. We’ll also stop by the Bonneville Salt Flats International Raceway, a legendary track known for world land speed records. You’ll have the chance to take photos with the iconic salt flats sign and soak in the surreal scenery. After the visit, we’ll head to Salt Lake City International Airport area hotels, concluding this memorable journey. Please note: For preservation reasons, entering the salt flats is not allowed.

We will also take you to the famous off-road racing track: Bonneville Salt Flats International Raceway. Here you can take photos with the salt flats’ landmark road signs, and admire the salt flats track, which is famous for having set many land speed records. After the tour, you will be taken to Salt Lake City International Airport to end this unforgettable trip. Bonneville Salt Flats The Bonneville Salt Flats are located in northwestern Utah, United States, west of the Great Salt Lake, covering an area of 260 square kilometers. It is also known as the American version of the "Sky Mirror". The salt flats were named after an American soldier. The Bonneville Salt Flats are the remains of a salt lake. The Bonneville Salt Flats International Race is held here every August.
Bonneville Salt Flats International Raceway The Bonneville Salt Flats International Raceway is an area of the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah that is dedicated to auto racing. It is famous for setting multiple land speed records. The Bonneville Salt Flats Raceway is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The salt flats were first used for motorsport in 1912, but it wasn’t until the 1930s when Abu Jenkins and Sir Malcolm Campbell competed to set land speed records that they really became popular. By 2014, the event at Bonneville was canceled due to a reduction in available track surface and salt thickness.
