Please read carefully: If you only purchased the Maid of the Mist boat ride ticket, you will visit the attraction on your own. This option does not include the full-day roundtrip tour from/to New York City. Ticket Redemption & Important Information Redemption Location: The ticket booth is located at street level next to the Observation Deck inside Niagara Falls State Park at Prospect Point. Only the lead traveler’s name is required at booking.Please bring a printed voucher & a valid photo ID for ticket redemption. Tickets are valid only on the selected date and may be used at any time during operating hours. Boats depart every 15 minutes. If full, please wait for the next available departure. Your confirmation voucher, along with detailed redemption instructions, will be issued within 24 hours prior to your travel date. Please check your registered email or platform messages one day before departure.
