With a relaxed and happy mood, you will be taking a flight to La Paz, the capital city of Bolivia! The tour guide will raise a sign to pick up at the airport, and guests who are close to the airport will be arranged to take the same bus to the hotel. Three meals at your own expense. After breakfast, we will go to Plaza Murillo in the city center, where you can view government institutions and the Capitol Building; go to the Witches Market and buy souvenirs in the shops lined with streets. Head to La Paz's best-preserved colonial street - "Jahn Street". This is a street full of literary and artistic atmosphere, with Spanish-style buildings on both sides of the street. It is a paradise for literary and art lovers. Visit the Precious Metals Museum to learn more about Bolivian history and culture. Take the La Paz Cable Car and enjoy the stunning views of the Andes Mountains and a panoramic view of the city of La Paz. Head to the aptly named Valley of the Moon, known for its lunar-like landscape and bizarre geological formations, where you can overlook the entire city.

Plaza Murillo On one side of the plaza, is the impressive Cathedral, dating from 1835, on top of a steep hill with its main entrance sitting 12m higher than its base on Calle Potosi. Next to the cathedral is the colonial Government Palace, official residence of the President of Bolivia. Also known as Palacio Quemado (Burned Palace), the building is renowned for having the extreme misfortune of twice being gutted by fire. Opposite the building stands a statue dedicated to the ill-fated President Villarroe.
In the morning, we will take a flight from La Paz to Uyuni. After arriving in Uyuni, the first stop in the itinerary will be the Train Cemetery where you will see the remains of very old wagons and trains from the 30’s. Then we will continue to Colchani, a salt-processing town, where hand-made objects are on sale, many of them made of salt. Following, we will visit the Incahuasi Island located in the middle of the salt flat, covered with ancient cacti (that can be up to 18 meters tall) and a rare ecosystem that has survived centuries. Finally, we will admire the stunning sunset in the salt lake with a toast with Bolivian liqueurs before going back to your hotel in Uyuni town. In the evening, we will go to the salt flat for a night tour to enjoy a night with the stars like you have never seen before.

The Salar de Uyuni Salar de Uyuni, the world’s largest salt flat, has become one of South America’s most popular attractions. Located in the Eduardo Avaroa National Andean Wildlife Reserve, the flats welcome 24,000 visitors a year. The phenomenal landscape and surrounding area is bursting with unique and stunning attractions, each of which has an intriguing story behind it. In the heart of the salt flat lies Isla Incahuasi, one of the main attractions for tours of the area. The name, which means “house of the Inca” in Quechua, highlights the importance of the island to the ancient Incas. This rocky outcrop sits atop the remains of an ancient volcano which was submerged by a giant prehistoric lake. Once a lonely, unearthly place, this stunning piece of land is now regarded as one of the most interesting sites on the tour.
Start your tour with a stop at the Ollague Volcano viewpoint, which is still active. This is located on the border with Chile, in the Andes Mountain range with a height of 5868 meters, containing two fumaroles, one is on top of the volcano and the other is 700 meters west of the crater. Continuing with the visit to Laguna Cañapa, is a saltwater lagoon that has an area of 1.42 km^2, where you can appreciate a small number of Andean flamingos. The next stop is the Laguna Hedionda, which emits a strong peculiar smell due to its high concentration of sulfur. This lagoon is home to various birds such as the James flamingo. On the way back, you will make a stop at the Turquiri Lagoon, with an altitude of 4261 meters above sea level, where you can see nearby rock formations. Then, you can visit the Valley of Rocks, giving way to pure imagination because due to erosion, the rocks now have a very peculiar form. Finally, you will visit the Iglesia de San Cristóbal.

Laguna Hedionda Laguna Hedionda (Spanish for "stinking lake") is a saline lake in the Nor Lípez Province, Potosí Department in Bolivia. It is notable for various migratory species of pink and white flamingos.
Laguna Turquiri Laguna Turquiri is a lake in Potosí, Altiplano and has an elevation of 4,261 meters. Laguna Turquiri is situated near to the area Viscachillas Pata.
Valley of Rocks The Bolivian Rock Valley is a valley approximately 10 miles long located within the Eduardo Avaroa National Andean Wildlife Refuge and adjacent to the Uyuni Salt Flats. This valley is lined with unusual and fascinating rocks formed by volcanic activity and centuries of wind erosion.

Optional items you can participate in after arriving in La Paz: Tiwanaku Archa Ogical Site One day tour(it will be included in the package if you selected the option while booking) Today you will visit the ruins of Tiwanaku located near Lake Titicaca in western Bolivia. Tiwanaku is an ancient archaeological site named after one of the most important civilizations prior to the Inca Empire. The ruins are made up of impressive architectural structures such as palaces, temples and pyramids, as well as giant monoliths and figurative representations. The site was originally populated as an agricultural village, due to favorable climate with abundant and predictable rain, which made the location ideal for farming and large-scale agriculture. Tiwanaku grew in spiritual and administrative importance and became the heart of the Tiwanaku Empire. Today, Tiwanaku remains an enigma for science, where many of its stone creations defy explanation, posing more questions to archaeologists than answers.
