- For individual special needs, tour operator may not be able to guarantee it. For special reasons, please confirm with the tour operator whether your special request is feasible after your booking is confirmed.
- Children under 8 require a booster seat to participate. Booster seat rental is available for rent - please request at the time of booking.
- Passengers with disabilities or mobility needs must notify the operator in advance. Wheelchair lift-equipped vehicles and accessible seating cannot be guaranteed without prior notification and approval.
- A valid photo ID is required to board the vehicle. We recommend bringing a printed or digital copy of your booking confirmation.
- When operating conditions require, passengers may be transferred from one vehicle to another en route.
- Smoking is prohibited on board the vehicle in accordance with Federal law. Pets and other animals are not permitted on the vehicle.
- The itinerary, stop duration, or order of attractions may be adjusted by the guide or driver based on weather, traffic, or other operating conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the tour.
- If an attraction is temporarily closed (including on holidays), the guide may substitute another attraction or offer an exterior-only view to maintain the richness of the itinerary. Such changes are considered force majeure and are non-refundable.
- If you choose to leave the group during the tour, please inform the guide in advance and sign a departure form. The unfinished portion will be considered voluntary abandonment and is non-refundable.
