    Dades Gorges

    Your Marrakech to Fes desert tour will start early in the morning. We depart Marrakech at 07h30 AM to Dades Kelaat Mgouna and cross the High Atlas Mountains to reach Tizi-n-Tichka, one of Morocco’s highest road passes (2260m). Here you will have the opportunity to take some perfect photos of this breathtaking view. We will drive through small Berber villages and beautiful landscapes to reach Kasbah Ait Ben Hadou the UNESCO world heritage, which also served as a set for various Hollywood blockbusters. After lunch, we drive to Kelaat Mgouna Dades, the Valley of the Roses Season in (mid-April to mid-May) before we reach our hotel. Dinner and overnight.

    Day 2 : Dades valley – Todgha gorges – Merzouga Sahara desert (7h- 280 km)

    Erg Chebbi Dunes

    Embark on a breathtaking journey to Todra Gorge, the highest oasis in Morocco. The gorge is carved into the ochre cliffs of the High Atlas, with walls reaching 300 meters high and narrowing to 20 meters apart. It offers stunning views and excellent climbing opportunities for beginners. After lunch, visit the ancient underground canal system called Khettara in Tinjdad, used for irrigation. Continue to Merzouga, home to the highest dunes in North Africa, known as Erg Chebbi Sahara desert. Pass by beautiful oases like Tinjdad and the palm tree oasis of Ziz-Tafilalet. In Merzouga, enjoy a thrilling camel ride through the dunes and spend the night in a well-equipped desert camp. Capture mesmerizing sunset and sunrise photos, and explore the secrets of the Sahara. Overnight in a nomad tent with dinner and breakfast included.

    Day 3 : Merzouga Sahara desert- Ziz valley – Midelt – Ifran – Fes Medina (9h- 480 km

    You will wake up to enjoy the sunrise over the dunes of Erg Chebbi, possibly the best moment of the Merzouga desert. Make your way after breakfast to Fes through the Ziz valley which has an amazing view of palm trees that is worths a stop for pictures. Then, we drive to the cedar forest of Azrou. There you will see a colony of monkeys along the road which will keep you amused. You will have plenty of opportunities to stretch your legs as you will stop for coffee, lunch, photographs, travel through forests, valleys, and mountains. We will reach the Switzerland of Morocco which is Ifrane city. It is considered to be the cleanest and the best city in Morocco. We will then drop you off at your Riad / Hotel at around 6 PM in Fes.
