    Today, travel from Marrakech across the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260 m) to discover the famous Kasbah of Aït Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1987. Along the way, visit traditional Berber villages and enjoy photo opportunities while learning about rural Moroccan life. Continue with a stop at a local women’s cooperative, where you will discover the traditional process of extracting Argan oil and its uses in cosmetics and natural treatments. The highlight of the day is the visit to Aït Benhaddou, one of Morocco’s most iconic historic sites. This ancient fortified village was once an important stop on the caravan route between Marrakech and the Sahara and has been featured in famous productions including Gladiator, The Mummy, Black Hawk Down, The Message, and Game of Thrones. Overnight stay in a riad or hotel in Marrakech.
