Cozumel has a unique coral reef with crystal clear water. The reef is full of colorful corals and diverse marine life. Having no previous diving experience or diving certificate you'll be able to see schools of fish, sea turtles, lobsters, eagle ray and may be even a nurse shark if you are lucky (not dangerous for humans). You can become a part of magnificent ocean!

If you stay in Playa del Carmen we meet you at the ferry to Cozumel, downstairs by the escalator,1 5 min before ferry departure. If you are in Cozumel we send you location day before your trip.

What to expect

In the morning we meet you by the ferry to Cozumel. Upon request we can pick you up from a hotel (extra charge may apply). In Cozumel marina we hop on a dive boat. While getting to the dive site, your instructor will prepare your dive equipment, explain you how it works, safety rules, basic physics, physiology of diving, means of communication under water. Than we jump to the shallow area near the shore, just deep enough to stand, get used to breathing under water and do a few basic skills. We dive a bit there, at the shallow, than get back on the boat, rest, have lunch, change our air tanks and do the 2nd dive on the reef with lots of fish, moray eel, rays, lobsters, turtles. Each of these 2 dives is 30-40 minutes, max depth 12 m (36 feet). One instructor normally takes a group of no more than 2-3 divers, so he can pay enough attention on each.
