Pickup Instructions: For airport arrivals, your chauffeur will be waiting inside the terminal, holding a sign with your name directly in front of the ground floor escalators near baggage claim. If for any reason parking is full, you will be contacted and given alternate instructions on where to meet and load. Chauffeurs are scheduled based on your flight’s arrival time and allow up to 45 minutes for luggage retrieval on domestic flights.
