We use an ancient and traditional tool to make spaghetti, called in Verona, bigoli. We'll knead and prepare the dough for pasta as in the ancient time. We'll cook and prepare the dough in a gorgeous top floor attic and then cook and eat in an ancient kitchen in a friendly and warm atmosphere. I obtained the Italian HACCP certification at the top level for the food and beverage safety.

You can reach my place both by bus and car. The bus is nr. 23 from railway station, bus stop: Avesa piazza Plebiscito in front of the “Bar Al Leon” : come back for 150 meters and, on your right, you’ll find a little alley to the courtyard of my house that is the third on the left.
