This panoramic tour starts in the town of Stari Grad then the road takes us through the area of Stari Grad Plain (UNESCO World Heritage) full of vineyards and olive grows. It will drive through the fishing village of Vrboska also known as a Little Venice then town of Jelsa and villages Pitve, Vrisnik, Svirče and Vrbanj. Along the way we will stop at the traditional wine cellar "konoba" to try several wines paired with a small bites of the prosciutto, cheese and olives. Learn all about the culture, history and tradition of a local way of life.

Pitve is a tiny, centuries-old village near Jelsa on Hvar, known for its stone houses, quiet atmosphere, and scenic views of vineyards and the sea.
Vrisnik is a small, traditional village on Hvar Island known for its rustic stone homes, olive groves, and peaceful rural charm. This is the village where we are stopping at the wine tasting. Ventus Winery is a boutique family-run winery known for producing small-batch, high-quality wines that reflect the unique terroir of Hvar. Visitors will enjoy tastings in a relaxed rural setting, paired with local specialties and warm hospitality.
Svirče is a historic inland village on Hvar Island, celebrated for its centuries-old wine making heritage, traditional stone houses, and scenic surroundings of vineyards and olive groves, offering an authentic glimpse into rural Dalmatian life.
Vrbanj is one of the oldest settlements on Hvar, known for its agricultural heritage, historic stone architecture, proximity to the UNESCO-protected Stari Grad Plain, and as the birthplace of Matija Ivanić, a key figure in a 16th-century uprising against Venetian rule.
Stari Grad is our pick up/drop off place but since this is a rounded tour pick up point can also be in Jelsa or Vrboska.
