Your guide and private driver will wait for you outside the Port Exit Gate (approximately a 5-10 minute walk or a quick free port shuttle from your ship gangway).
Your guide will be holding a name board with your lead traveler’s name.
Optional Inside-the-Port Pickup (Right at Ship Gangway):
If you have mobility concerns and wish the vehicle to drive directly onto the pier next to the ship gangway, a port authority permit fee (approx. $25 USD/person) applies as per port regulations. Please inform us in advance if you require this service.
