Do you dream of exploring Rome and Umbria in a unique and active way? Join a 5-day e-bike tour!
Discover history, art, nature and authentic flavours, away from the crowds. In addition to the most famous places in Rome, you will explore hidden corners with local guides who will tell you stories and curiosities. You will cycle between the magnificent Villas and along the historic Via Appia Antica.
After Rome, a comfortable private transfer will take you to Foligno, Umbria, to discover Spello, Assisi, Bevagna and Montefalco, beautiful villages surrounded by nature.
You will cycle through rolling hills, olive groves, vineyards and woods, enjoying an enchanting landscape. A regenerating experience away from the chaos of big cities.

We go to Foligno with our private Bike Shuttle! A truly exciting bike journey awaits you, and to do so we will leave Rome behind in the direction of Foligno, a real treasure chest. We will stroll through the ancient streets of this sparkling city full of history and art in every corner. Guess what other tradition it's famous for? Yes! Gastronomy takes pride of place here. Taste typical Umbrian dishes, such as tortelli alla folignate and porchetta, and accompany it with a good glass of Sagrantino. Enjoy an evening in the company of a lively local atmosphere.

Are you excited for an exciting day? We begin to ride along a varied and very scenic route. The first destination catapults us into a colorful picture: Spello is one of those gems that leave you speechless. The riot of colors, with flowers blooming on balconies and gardens are a real feast for the eyes, and a visit to this wonderful city gives you a priceless feeling of relaxation! Cycling from Spello to Assisi breathe in the scent of the centuries-old olive trees that surround you as you cross the "Via degli Ulivi", marvelling at the view of rolling hills and medieval villages. The scent of olive oil will accompany you throughout the journey.

Assisi welcomes you with the Basilica of San Francesco rising majestically on the hill, ready for a journey back in time? You will encounter the spirituality of this mystical city everywhere, in its medieval streets, in the small squares animated by artisan workshops and admiring the glimpses that suddenly appear among the typical stone houses. The bike will accompany you along the famous Assisi-Spoleto bike path to Montefalco. The view of the Umbrian hills from here is breathtaking, so much so that the city has been dubbed the "balcony of Umbria". Feel the peace and quiet of this medieval village. On this journey, your connection to nature will be total. A local winery is waiting for you for a lunch ready to explode your taste buds. Back in the present, we return to Rome in the afternoon, full of emotions and wonderful souvenir photos.
