Get away from the tourist tracks and spend a day in the heart of the Italian countryside...
This is more than a tour, it’s an invitation into the local way of life featuring handmade pasta, organic landscapes and one of Italy’s top 10 most beautiful villages.

We'll visit La Taverna, a genuine farm-stay in the Apennine foothills. Stefano and his family will show us their working farm, from their friendly animals to their organic veggies, meat and honey production.
We'll indulge in a 3-course lunch featuring the stars of the region: freshly rolled pasta, organic local meats and excellent wine.
Then we'll drive to Dozza, where Walls Speak.
It’s a literal open-air museum where every house is a canvas for world-class murals ending with a visit to the formidable 14th-century Rocca.
