What to expect
In my Apulian experience you learn to cook typical local recipes. It will be fun and instructive to cook family recipes together. we will prepare two traditional desserts the most famous dessert in the world and the typical local SPORCAMUSS sweet and the famous fragrant focaccia barese. If you have time for a culinary experience during your vacation, this will be instructive. You will learn how to turn good food into delicious and traditional menus.
