Please provide Clients' mobile number at the time of booking. 2) At the airport the waiting time included in the price is of 1 hour starts from the landing 3) If the flight is delayed more than 45 minutes, we may not be able to guarantee service, so please contact our office to check availability. What to expect

In the arrivals hall of the terminal, you will find the driver waiting for you with a sign bearing your name. The driver will be happy to help you with your luggage. Traffic permitting, the journey from the airport to Rome takes approximately 50 minutes/1 hour. When booking, please remember to indicate the name of your hotel in Rome or the address of your apartment or B&B. We kindly ask you to refrain from consuming food or drinks inside our vehicles. All our vehicles are non-smoking. For special requests , please contact our office or Viator Customer Service in advance.

A) Luggage included: one standard suitecase and one hand-bag person
B) Standard suitcase:70*43*26 centimeters and a maximum weight of 23 kilograms. C) Hand luggage: 40*30*20 with a maximum weight of 10 kilograms.
