We get underway with a scenic drive of one hour to Dakshinkali, which is exactly 20 KM from Kathmandu. Arriving at the location where the Goddess Kali resides, we will explore the temple site. Dakshinkali Temple is a mystical abode of the goddess. We will discover the statue of Kali, where Kali is shown as putting her right foot on the chest of Lord Shiva, one of the principal deities of Hinduism. After reverencing the Goddess Kali, we’ll explore the shrine area, which is surrounded by hills and forests.
