Use die₋cut masking tape and apply gold leaf. Masking tapes come in a variety of designs. It is a simple experience that even first₋timers can do. You can experience traditional crafts in a traditional town typical of Japan.

What to expect
1. Decide which item to work on, and choose the pattern stickers. Different items require different number of stickers.
2. Decide on where to apply the gold leaf, and place the stickers. The instructor will then apply the adhesive.
3. Apply gold leaf over the glued surface. The instructor will show you how to maneuver your fingers to entirely cover the pattern with gold leaf.
4. Coat the surface with the top coat, wait to dry and carefully remove the pattern stickers.
5. Now, you have a great souvenir to remember your trip to Kanazawa. This is the only craft in the world with your original design. Very useful when you bring back home.
