Yala harbours 215 bird species including six endemic species of Sri Lanka. The number of mammals that has been recorded from the park is 44, and it has one of the highest leopard densities in the world.
You can see wild life animals specially Leopard, Sloth Bear, Elephants, Spotted Deers,Crocodiles, Wild Boars, Wild Buffalos, Sambur Deers and lot of animals and nature. There are so much beautiful places to see.

Meeting and pickup
Hotel pick up included form Tissamaharama,Kirinda or Yala area.We will pick you at the correct time as follows.Tissamaharama area – 4.30am / 2.00pm and Yala area – 5.00am/ 2.30pm We are the front in Line Every Day.as we pick you up early to get front tokens for the ticketing. Some Customers select the hotel out of our pick up area customers have to pay additional fees.
What to expect
Including Sri Lankan Elephant, 44 species of mammals are resident in Yala National Park,and it has one of the highest Leopard densities in the world .so many individual Leopards are estimated to roam in Block I.The Eelephant herd of Yala contains 100–150 individuals.The Sri Lankan Slothbear, Leopard, Elephant, and Wildwaterbuffalo are all threatened mammals that Yala harbours. Although water buffaloes are indigenous to Sri Lanka, most populations contain genes of the domestic stock or have descended from feral populations. The elephant population of the park varies seasonally.
Early morning first 2 hours and the day ended last 2 hours is the golden hours for the leopard spots.
