What to expect

In the morning we reach a local farmhouse in which we will have a fun cooking class: we will learn how to make a lasagna! We will have a tour of the farmhouse on which animals are raised in the wild and products are organic. Then we will go to the kitchen and we will start cooking: we will learn all the secrets about the art of making pasta, the ingredients, the utensils and the combinations with condiments. We are so confident in your skills, that the lasagna you will prepare will be the main course of our lunch, buon appetito!
After lunch, we'll reach Perugia, the Umbrian capital, for an interesting guided visit. Perugia is worth a visit not only for the beauty of its hillside location, but also for its wonderful old buildings. Before coming under Roman rule, ancient Perusia was one of the twelve cities of the Etruscan federation and considerable sections of the Etruscan wall have been preserved. Perugia is known in the art world as the center of the Umbrian School of Painting in the 15th and 16th centuries and its greatest exponents, Perugino and Pinturicchio worked here. The young Raphael worked in Perugino's studio until 1504. Visit of Perugia and its most relevant monuments.
