Thanks to this activity you will get even closer to the culinary and food and wine traditions of our beautiful region. You will learn how to prepare typical Umbrian homemade pasta by hand and our chef will teach you all the secrets to make it well and prepare tasty pasta dishes for your family and friends when you get back home.
Today you will also get to know a jewel of our region, an ancient village that not everyone knows and which, although small, has become one of the most visited villages in recent years. Rasiglia, the village of springs... crossed by cold spring waters, with its well-preserved medieval architecture, with its small houses and enchanting alleys.

What to expect

Nothing makes us so famous in the world such as pasta! And nothing can make us feel like home while we are far away as a forkful of this dish, so simple and yet so tasty! But do we really know its secrets and regional specialties? In a lovely farmhouse among the olive trees near Assisi, we will learn the biological phases of this product from the grain to the grind, we will learn to recognize the various types of flour, its processing techniques, and experience the flour processing into typical Umbrian pasta. Our chef will teach us how to prepare different types of pasta and will give us some advice on the preparation of the sauce for each one. Afterwards, we’ll enjoy a delicious lunch with the result of our work and other typical products.
After lunch, we will take you to discover an ancient village that is one of the jewels of our region: Rasiglia, the village of streams. The town, which preserves the typical characteristics of the medieval village by gathering in an amphitheater structure, is famous for its springs: walking through the suggestive alleys
of the center, it is impossible not to be enchanted by the waterways that cross the town, making it unique and fascinating.
