Hotel & Resort Pickups
Complimentary pickup is available from hotels and resorts in Montego Bay, Falmouth, and Negril.
Please be ready in your hotel lobby 10–15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
Drivers will wait up to 15 minutes after the confirmed time before contacting guests.
Villas & Airbnb Pickups
Door-to-door pickup is available when road access permits.
Please provide detailed location information and gate access instructions (if applicable).
Cruise Ship Guests
Pickup is available from:
Falmouth Cruise Port
Montego Bay Cruise Port
Guests must provide ship name and docking time to ensure proper scheduling.
Departure Time
Exact pickup time will be confirmed at least 24 hours before the tour.
This is a full-day experience (approximately 8–10 hours depending on pickup location).
Early departures may apply for guests traveling from Montego Bay or Falmouth due to driving distance to Negril.
Communication
WhatsApp communication is available before and during your tour.
You will receive driver details and contact information upon confirmation.
If you are running late, please notify us immediately.
Important Notes
Comfortable clothing and swimwear are recommended for Seven Mile Beach and Blue Hole Mineral Spring.
Towels and cash/card for food, drinks, or optional activities at Rick's Cafe are recommended.
Travel time may vary depending on traffic and weather conditions.
