1Wat Phra Singh
Visit Wat Phra Singh, one of Chiang Mai’s most revered temples and home to one of the city’s most sacred Chiang Saen-style Buddha images. During the Songkran Festival, held every year from April 13–15, the sacred image is carried in a traditional parade around the city. Locals sprinkle scented water over the image as part of a traditional blessing believed to bring good luck.

2Wat Chedi Luang Varavihara
Admire the magnificent chedi, the most prominent feature of Wat Chedi Luang. This massive ancient structure dominates the temple grounds and remains one of the most impressive landmarks in Chiang Mai’s Old City.
