    Wat Phra That Doi Suthep

    Enjoy a comfortable morning pickup from your accommodation around 8:30 AM and head toward Wat Phra That Doi Suthep. Take in the scenic mountain views on the drive up. Ride the cable car to the top to admire the breathtaking Lanna-style golden pagoda and take in sweeping panoramic views of Chiang Mai from 3,520 feet (1,056 meters) above sea level.

    Continue to a local Hmong hill tribe village where you'll learn about their traditional way of life. Check out the residents' colorful clothing and feel free to bargain for unique handicrafts at the small shops lining the narrow path. You can also rent a traditional Hmong costume for 50 THB (at your own expense) for fun photos.     Unwind at the lush Sankampaeng Hot Springs, a beautiful park with vibrant gardens and peaceful green space. Beyond the foot bath, you can choose from a variety of relaxing options on-site, including private mineral bath facilities, and a mineral swimming pool.
