Please provide your hotel name and address at the time of booking or at least 3 days prior to the trip date. Our guide and driver will meet you in the hotel lobby at the scheduled time. Contact details will be shared one day prior to the tour. We provide pickup from Kochi Port with a permit to collect travelers directly from the terminal. To secure the permit, we require the ship name and arrival time well in advance. Please note, the permit is subject to approval by the authorities and is usually issued 48 to 24 hours before the cruise's arrival. If the permit is not granted, travelers will need to proceed to the port's exit gate, where our executive will meet them with a name paging board for easy identification.
