Depart for Somnath, a famous pilgrimage site in Gujarat. It will take approximately 2 hours to reach Somnath.
1:30 PM - Enjoy a delicious lunch at one of the local restaurants in Somnath, where you can savor the flavors of Gujarat's cuisine.
3:00 PM - Arrive in Somnath and visit the renowned Somnath Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva. This ancient temple is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas (sacred abodes of Lord Shiva) and is known for its religious significance and architectural splendor. Explore the temple complex and learn about its history, mythology, and legends associated with Lord Shiva.
4:00 PM - Visit the nearby Parshuram Temple, dedicated to the sage Parshuram, who is believed to be an incarnation of Lord Vishnu. This temple is known for its serene ambiance and beautiful location overlooking the Arabian Sea.
5:00 PM - Visit the Triveni Sangam, the confluence of three holy rivers - Hiran, Kapila, and Saraswati. Take a holy dip and offer prayers at this auspicious site, which is considered to be highly significant in Hindu mythology.
8:00 PM - Depart from Somnath and head back to Rajkot, where your day trip comes to an end.
