You can select your preferred session time (10:30 AM, 12:00 PM, or 2:00 PM) while booking. This ensures a relaxed and unrushed journey to the vineyard. Depart from Bangalore and enjoy a picturesque drive through the countryside toward Grover Zampa Vineyards, located near the scenic Nandi Hills in Doddaballapura.   Upon arrival, step into the 410-acre Grover Zampa Vineyard, one of India’s oldest and most prestigious wineries, with three generations of winemaking expertise. Stroll through the vineyard rows while learning about grape varieties, soil management, irrigation techniques, pruning, and sustainable viticulture practices. Guests also gain insight into the winemaking process, from grape harvesting, fermentation, and aging in barrels, to bottling and labeling.   Participate in a curated wine tasting experience, sampling premium or ultra-premium wines selected by expert sommeliers. Options include: - Luxury Package: 30ml tasting of 6 exclusive wines – La Réserve Royale Brut, Vijay Amritraj White, Chene White, Chene Red, Insignia/Signet 24 months, Vendanges Tardives. - Signet Package: 30ml tasting of 6 ultra-premium wines – Amphora, Concrete, 2000 L, 1000 L, 24 months. During the tasting, guests are guided through the aromas, flavor profiles, and ideal food pairings of each wine. Wine tasting is available for adults aged 21+, while younger visitors can participate in the vineyard tour without tasting. This session provides an enriching sensory experience and a deeper appreciation of India’s wine heritage.
