What to expect
The camel ride and overnight Berber camps in Merzouga desert starts daily envning from a guest house in Merzouga town. ( 3pm winter , 5pm summer ). You will be on the camel for 1h30min enjoying landscape of Erg Chebbi golden huge sand dunes. This is your opportunity to feel like caravan traders or nomads transportation year go. Before you will reach the our Desert Sahara Camp you will make stop to walk on sand and climb high dune to watch one the most wonderful sunset in world, then go down to the the Desert camp you will be welcomed by Moroccan min tea. The camp is equipped with beds. mattresses. blankets. After tasty Moroccan dinner Tagine you will be gather around campfire and listening to traditional Berber music played by local Berber guides, you have chance as well to participate.
The second day you will be woken up by guides early morning to hike dune to watch beautiful sunrise. and enjoy orange view of sand. (The breakfast and shower at the camp if you choose luxury camp) The camels will transfer you back to guest house where you will have Moroccan breakfast
